| The staff in the pool areas need to be more courteous. They are rude. |

| This is our second cruise experience and it was great. We didn't think the first one could be improved upon but it was. |

| We had a great time and enjoyed the food, especially the alternate menu that we have not seen on other Carnival cruises. |

| This was our 8th cruise with Carnival and have been on Premier, NCL, Princess, and RCCL. This was by far the best cruise of all. |

| Carnival's emphasis is on fun, not health. |
Pros: Wee Jimmy was the best cruise director. Cabins are very clean, comfortable and well appointed.
Cons: Smoking is allowed in all open areas. Be aware Carnival staff does not know basic First Aid! Two people fell down stairs and a man choked during dinner. Carnival employees just gawked.

| Overall great cruise, great staff, great food, great weather but still, no more Carnival for this family because they wouldn't address our seating issue. Oh well, I am sure Princess will. |
